Safety Policy
Wildstone is committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and responsible work environment for our employees, subcontractors, clients, partners, and the communities where we work.
Our Commitment
Safety is a core part of how we plan, manage, and deliver our work. We are committed to meeting or exceeding applicable safety legislation, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
Safe Work Practices
We expect all employees, subcontractors, and site personnel to follow safe work procedures, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses.
Training and Responsibility
Wildstone supports proper safety training, supervision, and communication so that everyone understands their role in maintaining a safe work environment. Safety is a shared responsibility across every level of our organization.
Risk Management
We work to identify, assess, and control hazards before and during construction activities. This includes regular planning, inspections, communication, and corrective action where needed.
Continuous Improvement
Wildstone is committed to reviewing and improving our safety practices over time. We believe strong safety performance comes from preparation, accountability, and a culture of care.
Working Safely
Everyone has the right and responsibility to stop work if they believe a task or condition is unsafe. No deadline, budget, or project requirement is more important than the safety of people.
