Yukon Housing 47-Unit Affordable Housing Development

When this $21M project completed in 2023, it set a new benchmark for residential housing in the territory. Forty-seven homes for individuals, seniors, and families, including bachelor suites through three-bedroom units, nine designed to be low-barrier and fully accessible. Wildstone led the build in close collaboration with Yukon Housing Corporation and the Governments of Yukon and Canada, managing coordination across multiple levels of government, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders throughout. A landmark for the Yukon, and a build we're proud to have delivered.
