Tr'ondek Hwech'in Elders Complex

The Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Elders Complex provides a combination of supported and independent living spaces for Elders in Dawson City, with shared areas for gathering and wellness. Wildstone led construction delivery in partnership with Kobayashi + Zedda Architects, with a design approach centered on cold-climate durability and ease of long-term maintenance through the use of rugged, readily available materials. Wildstone's in-house mechanical and electrical teams contributed directly to a maintenance-friendly design. The project was delivered on schedule and is now welcoming the TH community, providing a facility built to serve Elders for generations.
