The Gym - New Build Construction

Wildstone constructed The Gym in downtown Penticton for Locke Property Management, a 20,000 sf commercial fitness facility featuring a structural concrete and steel frame clad in glass and natural stone on three sides. The design connects members visually to the surrounding environment throughout the building. The project included extensive landscaping and a suspended slab underground parkade, requiring deep excavation in a constrained Main Street location. Fast-tracked construction was executed on a tight urban work site with no disruption to adjacent businesses.
