Oliver Arena Rehabilitation and Energy Recovery
A full arena rehabilitation with a hard September ice deadline. Delivered on time, within budget.

Oliver Arena Rehabilitation and Energy Recovery
The Oliver Arena has been a cornerstone of the South Okanagan for decades. When the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen needed to modernize it, they needed a builder who could move fast and work around a community that still needed the facility. Wildstone delivered.
The full rehabilitation included a new refrigerated ice slab, dasher boards, sports flooring, upgraded dressing rooms, kitchen, washrooms, and renewed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and building envelope components. Construction started in spring 2024 with a hard deadline to have ice ready by September, which we successfully met.
