Old Crow Elders Complex

Wildstone delivered a 10,500 sf wood-framed elders facility in Old Crow, one of Canada's most remote fly-in communities, providing nine residential units alongside service spaces and shared amenities for vulnerable elders. The project required careful logistical coordination to manage transportation constraints and material delivery timelines inherent to a fly-in site. Wildstone self-performed the mechanical scope and procured furniture, fixtures, and equipment directly. The project was delivered in close partnership with the Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation and their development corporation, with local labour, long-term rental agreements with community homeowners, and local business engagement built into the delivery model.
