Norman Wells Diesel Power Plant
Winter ice roads. Summer barges. One shot to get materials in. A 3.0 MW plant delivered on schedule.

Norman Wells Diesel Power Plant
Wildstone was selected as design-build contractor to deliver a new 3.0 MW diesel power plant for Northwest Territories Power Corporation, featuring two 1.5 MW Caterpillar generators and enough floor space to accommodate a future third unit as the community grows. The plant was built on steel-driven piles with a modular skidded floor system. Wildstone self-performed the full mechanical scope including engine and radiator installation, exhaust systems, and all associated piping and electrical. Materials were pre-staged and deliveries synchronized around the site's extreme access constraints.
