Neighbourhood Brewing
This 10,000-square-foot brewpub in downtown Penticton spans two floors and brings an industrial design sensibility to the neighbourhood. Wildstone served as construction manager on the project.
Inside, seating is spread across two levels, with an elongated ground floor anchored by an equally elongated bar. A corner fireplace is enshrined in a soaring column of brick, and a building-wide cutout in the second floor opens the space up to a colossal eight-meter ceiling, giving the interior a sense of scale rarely found in a neighbourhood pub.
Outside, a 150-person street-level patio runs the full length of the Winnipeg Street façade and curls around both the east and west edges of the building.
At the heart of the venue is the brewery itself, geared for high-volume output with six 5,000-litre fermenters lined up side by side.
