Mayo Reservoir Replacement and Well Tie-in
Mayo, YT needed two aging municipal water reservoirs replaced, with no tolerance for downtime.

Mayo Reservoir Replacement and Well Tie-in
Wildstone delivered a Design-Build replacement of two failing municipal water reservoirs in Mayo, YT for the Village of Mayo, bringing modern, reliable water storage to a community that couldn't afford a single day offline. The project replaced the aging tanks with two new glass-lined steel tanks supplied by Greatario, on new concrete foundations with full soil excavation and replacement.
Wildstone self-performed the mechanical and electrical scopes and coordinated local civil works, with Allnorth leading design and CCI handling geotechnical. The most complex piece was the live system switchover, a carefully sequenced valving coordination to transition the community's primary water supply and fire flow capacity from the remaining reservoir to the new tanks without interruption.
