Marwell Lift Station Heating Upgrade
Since the 1970s, the Marwell Lift Station has moved more than 80% of Whitehorse's wastewater through nearly eight kilometres of piping beneath the Yukon River. When the original heating system needed replacing, Wildstone completed a full boiler replacement and heating loop upgrade inside the live facility without interrupting a single day of service.

Marwell Lift Station Heating Upgrade
The Marwell Lift Station has been moving more than 80% of Whitehorse's wastewater through nearly eight kilometres of underground piping beneath the Yukon River since the 1970s. When the original heating system needed replacing, Wildstone stepped in and got it done without interrupting a single day of service.
Working inside a live, continuously operating facility, we removed the legacy boiler, installed a new high-efficiency unit with a redesigned heating loop, added new pumps and an air separator, and integrated everything seamlessly with the existing building heat exchanger. The result is a more reliable, efficient system for one of the city's most critical infrastructure assets.
