Ellis One Condo Development

Wildstone wore two hats on this one. As both owner and Construction Manager of Ellis One, a six-storey mixed-use development in downtown Penticton, we oversaw every phase from pre-construction budgeting and trade tendering through to final occupancy. Built on a consolidated five-lot urban site, the project required careful management of site logistics, municipal permitting, and coordination with neighbouring properties. The result is 48 upscale residential units above ground-level commercial space, featuring quartz countertops, nine-foot ceilings, gas fireplaces, and an underground heated and cooled parkade. Urban infill done right.
