Dawson Multi-Unit Residential Building

Dawson City needs housing and Wildstone is building it. This $28M, 34-unit affordable housing development, delivered in partnership with Yukon Housing Corporation, the City of Dawson, and the Government of Yukon, will more than double the number of affordable units in the community when complete. The mix includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, with eight fully accessible units. The design exceeds energy efficiency requirements by 42%, reducing long-term operating costs significantly. The project has been developed to ensure it meets both immediate housing needs and long-term community goals.
