Dawson Diesel Plant Replacement

When Yukon Energy Corporation needed a new 6.5 MW backup generation facility in Dawson City, the job came with serious logistical complexity. Two 3.25 MW generators were fabricated in custom enclosures, tested, disassembled, and transported across multiple jurisdictions before being craned into place and fully reassembled on site. Under full EPC delivery, Wildstone managed all mechanical and electrical systems, SCADA integration, Tier 4 emissions filtration, fuel tank systems, and substation upgrades. The plant came in on schedule and now stands as a reliable, emissions-compliant energy asset for the Dawson community, part of a broader multi-site upgrade program Wildstone is delivering across the Yukon.
