Dawson Courthouse Structural Improvements
The Former Territorial Courthouse in Dawson City holds the highest designation for cultural significance in Canada. When Parks Canada needed it structurally rehabilitated, they brought in Wildstone. We completed the full structural rehabilitation and roof replacement of the building, including wood and steel substructure work, standing seam metal roofing replacement, hazardous material abatement, code compliance upgrades, and a new heating and ventilation system throughout. Every intervention was documented, every material choice scrutinized, and every step taken in close collaboration with Parks Canada and engineering consultants. Delivered on schedule and within budget from a remote northern location under federal oversight.
