Dawson City Recreation Centre
A $65M community facility decades in the making. The new Dawson City Recreation Centre broke ground in July 2025 and is being built in close partnership with the City of Dawson, the Yukon Government, and Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation. The 5,300 m2 facility will include an NHL-sized rink with seating, a two-sheet curling rink with lounge, a multi-purpose gymnasium, fitness centre, indoor playground, and an indoor walking loop. Building in the north means planning for everything: remote logistics, extreme climate, heritage considerations, and a community that's been waiting a long time for this. Wildstone is proud to deliver it.
