Compass Court Renovation

Wildstone completed a full renovation of an existing hotel in Penticton, converting it into low-income housing for BC Housing. The project included upgrades to all common areas and individual units throughout the main building, as well as a commercial kitchen, three multi-stall public washrooms, and five individual washrooms with showers. The renovation uncovered significant hidden structural issues, three previous non-code-compliant renovations requiring plan revisions, and a house concealed within the building structure. A large asbestos abatement scope was also completed as part of the work.
