When Chu Níikwän LP needed a construction partner they could trust from the very first conversation, they came to Wildstone. We were involved from the earliest development phase, providing detailed budgeting, value-engineering, and schedule planning that helped confirm the project's feasibility before a shovel hit the ground. When the aggressive timeline met Whitehorse winter, we moved early on civil and foundation work ahead of the full building permit to protect the schedule and reduce winter construction costs significantly. From development to delivery, this $25M mixed-use building in Whitehorse was built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and real partnership with Kwanlin Dün First Nation.
