Canada Games Centre Fieldhouse Upgrades
Mechanical upgrades to a 20-year-old community facility in Whitehorse, delivered under a Progressive Design-Build contract without disrupting daily operations.

Canada Games Centre Fieldhouse Upgrades
Wildstone delivered mechanical renovations to the field houses, ice arena, and change rooms at the Canada Games Centre in Whitehorse under a Progressive Design-Build contract with the City of Whitehorse.
The project upgraded a facility that has served the community for over two decades, supporting everything from recreational hockey and soccer to the Canada Winter Games. Mechanical scope included removal of the existing air handling unit and installation of two new Energy Recovery Ventilation units — one serving the field house with electric reheat, one serving the ice arena with hydronic reheat — both integrated into the facility's existing Delta building management system via BACnet. Change room in-floor heating was upgraded through new hydronic distribution tied into the existing heating water mains.
