Black Street Buildings Deep Energy Retrofit

Two aging commercial buildings in Whitehorse. One comprehensive plan to bring them back to life. Wildstone led the Progressive Design-Build renovation of the Kluhini and Berksa buildings, starting with a full condition assessment and energy audit before a single tool hit the wall. The work that followed was substantial: new boilers, new fuel systems, new building management systems, LED lighting throughout, and a completely rebuilt envelope including doubled thermal insulation, high-performance windows, and a new roof. All delivered on schedule, aligned with the Yukon Government's Good Energy Program to maximize available grants and incentives.
