Description: This 14,000 sft renovation included the complete demolition of the hotels existing east wing and the conversion to a series of high end fully functional hotel suites.
This project included a complete renovation to the lobby, stairwell, elevator and hallway corridors. Both the mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded with a new fire sprinkler system installed. The exterior building walls were completely removed and rebuilt to accept a modern design and stucco finish.
